We test every newly built Town & Country house for airtightness using the tried and tested blower door test. Optimum tightness of your house guarantees living comfort with lower energy requirements. Damp spots in the masonry are avoided and you also save on heating costs. This process was developed for exactly this purpose. Our standards exceed the legal requirements.

Energy certificate

Each of our customers receives an energy certificate for their Town & Country house, in which the heating costs required are documented.

Every Town & Country solid house is handed over to you after the construction period agreed with the partner. Guaranteed.

4-fold construction completion guarantee (2)

You should enjoy the construction period of your new Town & Country dream home without any worries - that's why Town & Country guarantees that your house will be completed at the agreed price. How? You will receive a construction completion guarantee from us, which is included in the purchase price, amounting to 20% of the purchase price from R+V insurance.



An important safeguard: The law requires a 5% performance bond to protect builders in the event of the construction company's insolvency. At Town & Country you get 20%. This is four times the coverage, so that the completion of your house is guaranteed even if your contractual partner goes bankrupt.

Construction money account managed by the auditor (2)

Your investment is in good hands - for each construction project, the entire payment transaction is handled exclusively via a construction account managed by an auditor. This guarantees that your money can be used exclusively for the construction of your home.

Builder's liability and construction performance insurance

The purchase price of a Town & Country house already includes the insurance coverage necessary for building the house with builder's liability and construction performance insurance. These two insurance policies protect you in the event of damage to your home during construction and against claims from third parties.
