The "Flair 130" is a brick house where families feel at home. The light-filled living room with a dining area and open access to the kitchen is where family life takes place – from breakfast together to cozy movie nights, this is where everyone comes together. The terrace and garden are just a short walk away. Upstairs, everyone finds their own space in one of the spacious rooms.
The bathroom features a modern layout and offers ample storage space. Not only has sufficient storage been provided in the bathroom, but the hallway on the ground floor also offers space for a spacious closet, and the utility room can accommodate a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, and other appliances.
The floor plan offers a wide range of possible variations; for example, an additional room can be added to the ground floor of the "Flair 130" if needed, or the bedroom can be supplemented with a dressing room. An additional storage room is also conceivable.
The "Flair 130" is a real eye-catcher. The partial brickwork combined with white plaster surfaces and numerous floor-to-ceiling window elements is a modern interpretation of classic brick architecture.
